What psychological testing is this based on?
This is not a psychological instrument – it is a workforce attitude survey for Workforce Vitalization analysis and planning.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes, the survey is confidential.
What if I want to know the participants, e.g. assessing the stagnation of the Leadership Team?
Identifying participants is possible, with participant awareness up front (we have a permission form available.)
How many organizations are using this approach now?
In pilot now. 10+ are currently in line for the opening.
Why do you have to facilitate?
To ensure respondents understand what is required and the survey is administered under consistent conditions.
How can I survey the rest of my organization?
Schedule time for us to understand the scope of your business and organization, # of locations, # of employees per location, etc. We then collaborate to generate a specific plan.
When will the mobile app be ready?
The current target is 4th quarter 2018.
Can we use the system in multiple states? Countries?
Absolutely. It is in the cloud.
Can we customize the reports for our needs?
Yes. The basic construct of the data analysis is set. Comparisons of level, locations functions, is open.
How often should we apply the survey for tracking?
We recommend annually to allow enough time for implementation of the new Vitalize Programs to germinate; and to generate new results.
What should we ‘report’ to the employees, e.g. Why are we doing this and what did we find?
We want to better understand what is holding us back and how we can focus our efforts better to enhance your talents and potential for a better future for all.
Is this just for corporations? How about churches, etc.
